Abduction by Cynthia Eden

No matter what Cynthia Eden writes, I usually love it. She writes some of the best possessive protective alpha males, and this story is no exception. Hayden was the son of a town outcast and fast getting a reputation for being trouble until one event changes the course of his life...saving Jillian. A stranger grabbed young Jillian from a local pier, and Hayden was the only witness. He risked himself to save her and became the most important person in her life for years...until he left her. Jillian wants nothing to do with him now. In fact, she would have never returned to her home town to nurse her case of burnout if she'd known he was back too, but Jillian is on a mission to finally find her kidnapper and bring him to justice. Hayden sees helping her as his way of getting back close to her and convincing her that he has never stopped wanting her. He knows she won't be easy to convince, but he will keep her safe whether she wants him to or not.

As with every Cynthia Eden book I've read, this story was very sexy with intense chemistry and great characters. I loved getting to know Jillian's friend, Samantha Dark. I totally ready to find out what her story  next.

I received an ARC from Net Galley for honest review.
